Improved dbdir plugin.

The header now also contains the number of objects currently stored in
the database (including free'd ones). This was thought to be help in
fixing a bug. Meanwhile I found the real source of the problem and
fixed it (->objectId==0 wasn't checked). However, I now have database...

Much more work on import framework.

- added widgets
- FF_PartnerEdit
- added dialogs
- FF_EditStatements
- FF_EditPartnerStmRules
- FF_EditJob now uses the new FF_PartnerEdit widget
- FF_EditPartner no longer uses dateOfBirth field of AE_PARTNER

Started using typemaker2 for already used types.

- store number of additions, deletions and modifications in session descriptor.

Opening a table just created now works.

DbDir plugin: Now writes session logs.
The next step is to copy the current session log to the rollback log
upon EndEdit.
After that we will no longer directly modify the database in any other
function than EndEdit().
