Use ThemeTabItem and new ThemeHeaderItem.

Those Theme* widgets look much better than the default widgets!

Started adding support for themed widgets.

- use ThemeButton instead of plain FXButton

More work on I18N support.

- removed unneeded files and functions
- use setup wizard from main menu (>create database)
 moved setup wizard into its own folder

Some organisational work.

- require latest versions of gwen and aqbanking
- use GWEN_PathManager to lookup paths
- make it possible to configure the project from an outside folder

- only use marked bank accounts

Work on build system.

Removed autogenerated files; sources are now created when necessary using
typemaker2. Removed unneeded files.
