Description

Die Sparkasse AIC/SOB liefert ISO-8599 kodierte Antworten.

Ein ö im "purpose" wird im XML zu %C3%83%C2%B6 kodiert, richtig wäre %C3%B6.

Dagegen werden ü und ä im "remoteName" korrekt kodiert mit %C3%BC und %C3%A4.
