aqbanking-cli: Fixed a bug.

aqbanking-cli: Improved command "listbal".

This command now also takes a template string as argument, this string
can be used to determine how the balances are to be written.

Completed removal of AB_ACCOUNT_STATUS.

Added CAMT parser. AB_BALANCE uses GWEN_DATE now. Removed AB_ACCOUNT_STATUS.

Added support for cppcheck and scan-build.

Fixed a few problems reported by clang-static-analyzer.

aqbanking-cli: removed command "chkacc".

Not needed since transfers and debit notes are now based on SEPA in Germany,
and the only country for which checks had ever been implemented was
Germany.

You can use the command "chkIban" to check a IBAN.

aqbanking-cli: changed command listtrans to just print transactions

- you can now specify a template string which determines how the transactions
are to be printed to the console.
- previously "listtrans" exported transactions, this is now archieved with...

aqbanking-cli: Added command "export"

- this command does what "listtrans" previously did: export transactions

aqbanking-cli: Code cleanup.

The code is now more readable. The file "util.c" can be used as an example
on how to create banking jobs like transfer orders, debit notes or requests
for balance, statements, standing oders etc.

This cleanup removes some doubled code....
