Adapted to latest changes in gwen and aqbanking.

Added backend support code to be used by external backends.

- provides user, account and job queues
- provide typemaker2 type descriptions for some AqBanking types

Use the same scheme for installation of headers as gwen does.

Now we install our headers to $includedir/aqbanking5.
This makes sure applications always pick up the correct version of the
headers.

- many fixes for WIN32 platforms
- use avoid-version instead of -omit-version since
only the latter seems to be working as expected
 removed complicated dependency handling
(now we no longer compile ressource.res
because it is a pain in the neck to maintain)...

Fix mismatching function declaration in aqnone plugin.

AqBanking can now be statically linked into applications (even in local
installation mode which allows for static, FS-relocatable applications).
- fixed some Makefile.am's
- renamed AB_Banking__BaseInit() to AB_Banking_PluginSystemInit()
and AB_Banking__BaseFini() to AB_Banking_PluginSystemFini() and made...

- removed backends AqDTAUS, AqGeldKarte and AqYellowNet since they haven't
been ported anyway
- configure.ac:
- removed unneeded lines and checks
- added options to specify which plugins to build
- added option to disable dynamic plugin loading (as needed for static-only builds)...

For the installed plugins, switch off versioning of the so/dll file because 1. the directory already contains the version and 2. on win32 we this doesnt work.

- fixed Makefile.am's to use "$(MAKE)" instead of hardcoded "make" (should fix
build on *BSD)
