added two GWEN_Data functions:

- GWEN_Date_GetThisWeekStartFromMonday(): get start of week for the
given date (week starting with Monday, like in DE)
- GWEN_Date_GetThisWeekStartFromSunday(): same as above except week
starts at Sunday
