Beschreibung

Some jobs may lead to multi-message responses from the server which need continuation tokens provided by the server ("Aufsetzpunkt").
Those tokens are currently not recognized so AqHBCI doesn't detect that more requests need to be sent (e.g. JobGetTransactions).
