Removed argument FILE from all dump functions.

This is the first step in removing dependencies on the console. When
finished we will no longer need a console on WIN32 in windows apps.

Improved layout of AqBanking's dialogs.

Use the same scheme for installation of headers as gwen does.

Now we install our headers to $includedir/aqbanking5.
This makes sure applications always pick up the correct version of the
headers.
