AqBanking

Use the same scheme for installation of headers as gwen does.

Now we install our headers to $includedir/aqbanking5.
This makes sure applications always pick up the correct version of the
headers.

Adapted to Gwenhywfar4.

The changes mostly consist of rewriting GWEN_IOLAYER using code to now use
GWEN_SYNCIO instead. Also, parameters "timeout" and "guiid" have been removed
from most of the functions.

In most cases we used "0" for guiid anyway, since the chain of progress...

Fixed a nasty bug which was introduced by the last change.

- removed support for static plugins (is was a nightmare to maintain and isn't
used anymore anyway)

Started working on AqBanking4.
- transformed configuration handling (now uses GWEN_CONFIG_MANAGER)
- removed some functions:
- AB_Banking_GetAppData()
- AB_Banking_GetSharedData()
- AB_Banking_GetProviderUserDataDir()
- AB_Banking_GetProviderData()...

- many fixes for WIN32 platforms
- use avoid-version instead of -omit-version since
only the latter seems to be working as expected
removed complicated dependency handling
(now we no longer compile ressource.res
because it is a pain in the neck to maintain)...

Imexporter plugins are now real GWEN plugins (this makes them available
for static linking, no need to resolve symbols in AqBanking)

- removed backends AqDTAUS, AqGeldKarte and AqYellowNet since they haven't
been ported anyway

- added options to specify which plugins to build
- added option to disable dynamic plugin loading (as needed for static-only builds)...
